Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, skincare and haircare items cannot be returned once opened or used.
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Receiving the wrong product
- Receiving a defective product
- Receiving a product in a used condition
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In the same original condition as received
- In its original packaging
Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is also required.

- The product will be picked up by the shipping company
- The product will be inspected and reviewed for return eligibility
- If approved, the refund will be processed after deducting shipping fees
