Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, skincare and haircare items cannot be returned once opened or used.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Receiving the wrong product
  • Receiving a defective product
  • Receiving a product in a used condition

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In the same original condition as received
  • In its original packaging

Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is also required.

  2. The product will be picked up by the shipping company
  3. The product will be inspected and reviewed for return eligibility
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed after deducting shipping fees
